How should we send our ARTWORK?

You can send your art via regular mail, email or bring it in on a disc/thumbdrive. If you send it through the mail, you can send a CD-R or full color print out for us to duplicate (art charge may apply). We like VECTOR/ILLUSTRATOR files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). Please convert all text to paths/outlines or curves to eliminate the need for the fonts. If you don't do this, please make sure you include the fonts and all linked images. If you send an Illustrator file try to send an EPS. If you send a Photoshop file and it is mutli-color, try to include all the layers. We can work with pretty much anything though. TIFFs are great and even original black and white art that we can scan will work. Make sure your digital files are at least 300 dpi. Low resolution web graphics at 72 dpi won't work very well. However, if that's all you have, we can try to fix it up. If all you have is a concept, email what you have and our art department will make it look great for you!  We do charge for artwork, but it's always worth it to make your printed shirts look their best.  We will always give you a quote on art time and all art MUST be APPROVED before printing.  We never make changes without your approval.

What are SCREEN CHARGES/SET-CHARGES and WHY DON'T you have any?

For every color in a design, a screen has to be made. If you want a shirt that has two colors in the design, we would have to make two screens. If you want shirts with one color printed on the front and one color printed on the back, we would again have to make two screens. All screen/set-up charges are included in the quote we give you. We like to keep it simple. There may be some exceptions for really difficult jobs, but we'll let you know first.  And re-orders cost you less because most of the set-up was paid for in the first order.

Can I mix and match shirt colors?

You can mix and match whatever shirt colors you want at no additional charge as long as the same ink colors can be printed on all the shirts you order. If you want some shirts to have different color inks than others, you will have to pay for a COLOR CHANGE. What is a COLOR CHANGE? If you want some of your shirts printed with one ink color and the rest with another, you have to pay for a COLOR CHANGE. The fee is usually $5-$10 per color change.

Can I mix and match shirt sizes?

YES, you can get however many of each size you need. If you ordered 50 shirts, you could get 5 small, 25 medium, 18 large and 2 XL. You don't have to get even dozens or even numbers. Larger sizes like XXL and up do cost more, so keep that in mind. Youth sizes are available at no additional cost.

** Keep in mind that infant and youth shirts require a different print size than adult shirts, so your job may require two different set-ups for the different print sizes.  We will do our best to keep your cost as low as possible.

Can I get 100 shirts with 2 seperate designs?

Sure! However, your job will be treated as two separate orders.  For example, one order may have 60 shirts and the other may have 40, so your orders will be charged accordingly.

What kind of shirts do you use?

The answer is: What kind or shirt do you want? We offer a variety of styles and brands, including golf shirts, jackets, aprons, and more.  If you don't see what you want in our online catalog, just ask and we will find what you need.  We usually print on high quality 100% cotton or 50/50 tees, depending on what the customer wants.  All of the products we use are name brand and exceptional quality.

Do prices include shipping?

Our prices do not include shipping, but we can quote you for additional freight or courier service upon request.  Ship times are in addition to print time, so let us know what you in-hands date so we can meet your deadline.  We ship UPS Ground and offer blind-ship when necessary.

Can you send me my shirts while we're on the road (on tour)?

Of course! We'll work with you to get your shirts to you wherever you may be. We can ship to anywhere that UPS delivers.  If you require a different shipping method, please let us know when you place your order.  All shipping fees are additional to your quoted print price.

Do you have a minimum order?

It is more cost effective to print 12 pieces or more. Remember, the more shirts you order, the cheaper they are. If you need less than 12, there may be an additional fee.  We will let you know when we quote you.  You don't have to get 12 of the same size, just 12 of the same design.

What is your average turn around time?

As a general rule, we say 7-10 working days (not including weekend and holidays). This doesn't include shipping time to your location. Some special orders may take longer. Just let us know your schedule, and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Do you do RUSH orders?

Usually we can accept rush orders, but there may be an additional charge. Contact us to see if it applies to your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We require a 50% deposit of cash or credit card for first-time customers.  When your order is ready, you can pay with cash, check, or credit card.  We also accept credit card payments over the phone if your order is being shipped to you.

Can you send me a chart of shirt colors to pick from?

Sure, just send us an email, and we'll email one right back to you. Keep in mind that colors on web browsers vary and aren't totally accurate. However, they should be close enough to help you determine what color shirts you want.

What are my choices for INK colors?

We have a set of stock ink colors and will be happy to send you a color chart via email upon request. If you require a different color, just give us the PMS (Pantone Matching System) number or a sample of a previous shirt to match.  Because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital files, but we will try our best.  Any custom colors require mixing time, so there is an additional PMS color fee or $10 per color.  We even have neon colors and metallic silver and gold. We will send you a digital color sample of your design for approval before printing.  Again, digital samples are not always color accurate, so keep that in mind when viewing your proof.
